I have my business documents ready Prepare a recent official document proving that your business is registered in the selected country and showing its registered business number. In France, this may include a Kbis extract, a Sirene registration certificate, or an RNE registration record. In other countries, provide the equivalent extract from the local business registry. Our team reviews these documents before activating payouts.

I agree to let Lowenore automatically issue invoices for my commissions To pay your commissions, an invoice for the exact amount must be issued to Lowenore. You authorize Lowenore to automatically create and issue this invoice each month in your name and on your behalf. This authorization applies only to commission invoices. It does not cover sales to your customers or any of your other business transactions. Without this authorization, automatic payouts cannot be processed.

I will enter the VAT rate applicable to my commissions (French microenterprise below the VAT exemption threshold) The rate you enter will be used on monthly commission invoices issued through self-billing. For a French microenterprise below the VAT exemption threshold, the rate is generally 0%, but you must verify your own circumstances. Lowenore does not know your company's total revenue or your other business activities. You are responsible for monitoring the threshold, updating the rate, and correcting invoices if your circumstances change. Lowenore provides automatic reminders when sales indicate that a threshold is approaching. These reminders do not replace your tax obligations.

I will enter the VAT rate applicable to my commissions (French microenterprise subject to VAT) The rate you enter will be used on monthly commission invoices issued through self-billing. You must specify the rate actually applicable to your circumstances at the time each invoice is issued. If your circumstances or the statutory rate changes, you must update this information before the next invoice. Lowenore cannot determine this rate based solely on your sales through the platform.

I will enter the VAT rate applicable to my commissions (other business type) The rate you enter will be used on monthly commission invoices issued through self-billing. For other business types, the rate generally remains unchanged, but you must update it if the law or your circumstances change. Lowenore does not have access to all your business transactions and cannot automatically determine the correct rate. You are responsible for the accuracy of this information. Any error would require the affected invoices to be corrected.
